Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Cut Wire & Cable Products: This includes items from categories such as Building Wires, Bell Wire, Doorbell Wires, Coaxial Wires, Data Cables, and Appliance Extension Cords that have been cut to a specific length from the bulk spool.
Please inspect all wire and cable products carefully before cutting or installation, as they cannot be returned once altered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Please provide a reason for the return to help us improve our products and service.
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with an RMA number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- Pack and Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your proof of purchase, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we approve the return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account, typically 5-10 business days.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is processed, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item.
